Hi, I'm Louise, Recruitment Services Director as part of Harvey Nash technology recruitment team based in the Birmingham.
With over 20+ years experience recruiting IT professionals, I started my career in London where I spent over ten years providing recruitment to the Investment Banking sector working for reputable recruitment consultancies. Thereafter I moved back to Worcestershire in the Midlands where I continued to lead and manage recruitment teams most recently with Crimson as Recruitment Services Director.
Having recently moved into Harvey Nash UK, I shall be continuing to offer IT recruitment leadership as well as building a new area of specialism for the business with a UK wide network and primarily based out of the Midlands offices. I have experience recruiting and managing exclusive customer projects across end to end IT, Heads of IT/IT Directors and most recently Cyber Security & Governance Risk & Compliance.
Outside of work, being competitive and outgoing in nature and known as ‘crazy darts lady’ to my colleagues, I am captain of both a local darts and netball team. I love most of all my kids Olly, Elle and Rex and my partner Mark and we all enjoy holidays and playing with our dog Tess.
