You will work in close partnership with Product and UX, playing a key role in discovery, defining technical direction, and taking clear ownership of outcomes across complex, multi?dependency environments. Tech Lead

<p>Harvey Nash are now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Finance Manager, an initial 6 months contract.</p><ul><li>£450 - £500 - inside of IR35</li><li>Hybrid to Glasgow (other offices are available in Scotland)</li></ul><p><strong>The role</strong></p><ul><li>Deliver a smooth month end general ledger close, manage key account reconciliations and ensure compliance with external statutory financial reporting requirements.</li><li>You'll take the lead on annual statutory audits, collaborating closely with external auditors.</li><li>This role also involves managing a small team of finance professionals.</li></ul><p><strong>To be considered for this role, we are looking for the following experience:</strong></p><ul><li>A professional accounting qualification with practice or industry experience, in addition to up-to-date knowledge of IFRS and FRS101 accounting standards.</li><li>Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team through effective planning, organisation, and prioritisation of tasks.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to deliver high quality financial statements and liaise with auditors.
