Sophie Stone

Associate Consultant

Hi, I’m Sophie, a consultant at Harvey Nash based in Birmingham specialising in Project/Product & Change Management.

I work with organisations to source top talent across delivery, transformation, and product environments. I have previously worked as Cabin Crew for Emirates, bringing strong communication, adaptability, and people-focused skills into my role.

I recruit for a range of organisations, from growing tech firms to established enterprises, primarily within IT and digital transformation. I focus on roles such as Project Managers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Change Managers, and Delivery Leads, particularly within environments driving system implementations, process improvements, and large-scale transformation programmes.

Outside of work, I enjoy running and keeping active, as well as spending quality time with friends and family. I value staying social and making time for the people around me, whether that’s weekends out, catching up over dinner, or getting outdoors to reset and recharge.

The best piece of advice I have been given is 'don’t wait until you feel ready, confidence comes from doing, not overthinking.'
