Alexander Clinton-Carter

Principal Consultant

Hi, I’m Alex Clinton-Carter, a Principal Consultant at Harvey Nash based in the Birmingham office.

I help organisations across the UK find contract and interim talent for transformation and change programmes. I recruit contractors who help organisations deliver change, from shaping programmes through to hands-on delivery. I work with hiring managers across the UK to understand what needs to get done and find the right people who can make an impact quickly. My recruitment experience spans technology and transformation across sectors including housing, education and retail.

Example roles I recruit for;

  • Programme and Project Managers
  • PMO Managers and Analysts
  • Change Managers and Business Analysts
  • Product Managers and Owners
  • Agile Delivery Leads and Scrum Masters
  • Transformation and Delivery Leaders

Outside work, I’m usually at the gym, out running or walking my dog, Pepper. I also help run youth sessions at my church and enjoy supporting young people with their confidence and career choices. When I get the chance, I like exploring new places and spending time with friends and family.

The best piece of advice I've been given is 'treat people well and do what you say you’re going to do.'
