Megan McCauley

Contractor Engagement Manager

Hi, I’m Megan and I am the Contractor Engagement Manager within the Financial Services practice at Harvey Nash.

I am responsible for overseeing the on-boarding of all the contractors across our clients. Once the contractors have been guided through the on-boarding process and have started their assignments, I will continue to look after them and deal with any queries they may have, this covers hundreds of contractors and queries can range from paperwork related to timesheets to payments.

I have worked within this role at various levels for many years now and therefore have a wealth of experience which allows me to deal with all scenarios efficiently.

Outside of work I am sociable, enjoy good food and have recently taken an interest in Formula 1.

The best piece of advice I have been given is, “The only real failure, is the failure to try.”
